Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival
Arrive into Bozeman and transfer by chauffeured stretch limousine to the 320 Guest Ranch, just south of Big Sky. After a light dinner, meet your guide for trip orientation and group introductions.

Day 2: Hiking, Hayride, and Western Barbecue
Get up early and watch the horses gallop in from their overnight pasture. After a hearty buffet breakfast, begin the week with a short hike, stopping to view heart-stopping panoramas with a picnic lunch along the way. Tonight you’ll enjoy a Western hayride and barbecue dinner.

Day 3: Yellowstone National Park Wildlife Safari and Geology Exploration
A full day in Yellowstone National Park on a wildlife safari and geology exploration. Walk by some of Yellowstone’s famous hot pools, fumaroles, and mud pots. Look for bison, moose, elk, wolves, deer, or even a grizzly bear. Picnic at Old Faithful geyser and shop till you drop in West Yellowstone.

Day 4: Whitewater Rafting and Horseback Riding
Morning whitewater rafting on the Gallatin River. Each boat has a raft guide. Let’s go, team! Afternoon horseback riding in the mountains with Montana wranglers, to enjoy pristine and awesome scenery from the saddle!

Day 5: Hike and Optional Fly Fishing or Horseback Riding and Fireworks
Happy 4th of July! Morning hike into the northwest corner of Yellowstone National Park followed by an afternoon choice of optional fly fishing one of Montana’s famous blue-ribbon trout streams or enjoying a second optional horseback ride. Have a special holiday dinner at the ranch, followed by a Western rodeo and a “Big Sky” 4th of July fireworks celebration.
