Reservation Policy
A reservation fee of $500 (USD) is required for all tours. This fee is used to reserve your space in the tour and is applied to the total cost of the tour. If you are booking within 75 days before your tour departure, full payment is due at the time of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event you find the need to cancel your tour, please call Gateway Destinations immediately. It must be followed up in writing, however, (via e-mail, facsimile or US mail). The following cancellation fees will apply (based on your written cancellation notification date): - Reservation deposit of $500 is forfeited for cancellations more than 60 days before departure, however, $250 or 50% may be applied to a different Gateway Destinations tour within one year of cancellation upon request.
- 50% for cancellations between 22-60 days.
- 100% for cancellations less than 21 days before departure.
