Each fun-filled health and fitness retreat combines physical, mindful and spirit-filled activities with challenging adventures that encourage personal awareness, self-confidence and self-expression. Women’s Quest’s female staff has designed a unique and powerful approach to helping you make the most of your one wild and precious life.
Let the natural world inspire you. Retreats are held in spectacular places that immerse you in inspirational landscapes and natural beauty, including the Colorado Rockies, Napa Valley, Hawaii, Vermont and Italy. Expert instruction, inspirational talks, clean, comfortable accommodations, take-home materials and healthy delicious meals are always included.

The female staff will help you create an amazing experience that is uniquely yours. Motivated to share the confidence and courage to embrace life that she developed through physical activity, former world champion triathlete Colleen Cannon founded Women’s Quest in 1992. A caring and enthusiastic leader, Colleen brings her team of professional female instructors, athletes, personal coaches, yoga, massage and nutritional experts to support your experience. You will receive individual guidance, safe supervision and personal attention to your needs and interests.
Body Playfully explore at your own pace and level of challenge – whether that means a long hike through wildflowers, a speedy bike ride down a trail or quiet time to sit on a rock and stretch. Each adventure is different. Women’s Quest will support you every step of the way with a program that includes expert training tips, skills and drills, nutrition and playing with a purpose to rekindle the kid inside you. Mind At Women’s Quest, the power of thought is cultivated as an adventure in itself. Evoking the courage to play and dream wildly, Women’s Quest will help you identify your heart’s desire and unleash the courage to live your dreams; explore the power of imagination through art, journaling and other creative endeavors; provide you with the tools to identify life-long obstacles and break through negative barriers so you can develop confidence, hone your intuition and ignite your individual vision. Inspirational talks, heartfelt discussions, visualizations and specialized activities cultivate a clear mind and an open heart.
Spirit Spirit is the foundation of a body’s health, but one often loses sight of what is most important. Being truly present in any moment can help you slow down, connect with the little things that bring joy (Women’s Quest calls them ‘soul sparks’) and discover things you might like to change or adjust so you can experience more of them. Women’s Quest will help you enliven your spirit and create a daily practice to connect with your soul spark, integrating the “ahh” of life into everything you do. They’ll help you access your spirit though mindful activities such as yoga and meditation, unleash your inner joy though movement and dance and cultivate a sense of appreciation by soaking in the breathtaking surroundings of each retreat, learning how connecting with nature can help you reconnect with yourself.

Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
Reservation policy for all domestic camps: - $250.00 non refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to camp (or when you sign up if within the 60-day period).
- Participant profile is due 60 days prior to camp. If profile is not received by this time, Women's Quest will not be able to provide freebies to you from sponsors.
- Space is limited to 30 participants.
Reservation policy for Italy trips: - $500.00 non refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due 90 days prior to retreat (or at the time of booking if booked <90 days before retreat).
- Space is limited to 25 participants.
Make checks payable to Women’s Quest. All deposits must be made by check. Balance due may be paid by Mastercard or Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for all domestic camps: - If you must cancel, the $250.00 deposit is non refundable.
- Full refund, less deposit, will be given with at least 60 days notice.
- Within 60 days, 50% of the total (less deposit) will be refunded to you.
- Within 14 days of your camp, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given.
- No exceptions will be granted to the above policy.
Cancellation policy for Italy trips: - If you must cancel, the $500.00 deposit is non refundable.
- Prior to 60 days before trip, 50% of the total (less deposit) will be refunded to you.
- After 60 days before trip, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given.
- No exceptions will be granted to the above policy.
